Join Soul House Wellness for Melt, a candlelit sound bath designed to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding before settling into an immersive sound experience using bowls, chimes, and other instruments to support deep rest and nervous system care. This is a low-pressure, beginner-friendly evening for anyone craving stillness, warmth, and a place to land.
No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable: a mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, or cozy layers.
